3rd Place at the Iron Horse Duals

Day 2 of the Iron Horse Duals proved to be challenging to our young wrestliers.  We got off to a great start defeating Liberty and host C. Milton Wright.   Winning our pool with a 5-0 record whicb earned us a spot in the Championshi round.  The first match was against defending 1A/2A State Champion South Carroll, who handed the 21-0 Bobcats our firt loss of the season, 55-18.  The final match was against Leonardtown who beat South Carroll on Friday.  The Bobcats wrestled hard but ultimately came up short losing 39-36.

Iron Horse Duals Part 1

The Bobcats beat Stephen Decatur last night in the Iron Horse Duals 37-32. They also defeated John Carroll 34-31 and Boys Latin 66-7. Good job Cats! Keep up the hard work today at the rest of the tournament.

Bobcats, and Cobras, and Cougars, Oh My!

The Cats wrestled in a trimeet against Fallston and Harford Tech earlier tonight wiping the mats with a score of 49-17 against Fallston and 50-3 against Harford Tech. Get ready for the Iron Horse Duals this weekend.

Severna Park Dual

The Varsity and Junior Varsity Bobcats traveled to Severna Park today for a dual meet. The Bobcats swept the mats with a victory of 61-9.

Bobcats Conquer Cobras

The Bobcats defeated the Harford Tech Cobras in a home dual earlier tonight with a final score of 54-9. Make sure to wish the Cats luck on Thursday for their match at Severna Park!

'Cats take down Eagles

The Bobcats hosted the Eagles of Aberdeen in the home opener, winning 55-22,  Making the team 10-0 on the season.


Junior Varsity Bobcats First Action 2015

The JV Bobcats traveled to Milford Mill High School on Saturday, 12/5/2015.  At the end of a long day, 3 'Cats stepped onto the awards podium.  Sincere Montgomery and Christian Snodgrass earned 3rd place medals and Noah Beyers earned a 4th place finish.




Rumble In The Jungle Duals (photos)

The Bobcats had a roaring victory at the Rumble in the Jungle Duals on December 4th. The Cats started their season by winning all four matches. They defeated Walkersville 81-0, and won to St. Charles 51-16. They had a close match with Marriotts Ridge but came back and won 37-30. They then ended the night by beating Frederick 72-12. The Rumble in the Jungle Duals will continue on to December 5th where the Cats will wrestle Hammond, Wheaton, Aberdeen, Westlake, and McDonough. Wish the Bobcats good luck in the duals tomorrow!

1st Day of Practice

The Bobcats got off to a great start by spending 4 hours unloading 2 truck loads of Christmas Trees for the Bel Air Lions Club.  Monday will be the first actual practice.

Regional Duals - Wednesday 2/11/15

On Wednesday evening we travel to Old Mill High School who will host this years 3a/4a East - Regional Dual Meet Tournament.  

#1 Old Mill

#2 Bel Air

#3 South River

#4 Glenelg

Round 1 is Glenelg vs Old Mill and South River vs Bel Air, the winners square off in Round 2.   The Champion goes on to the State Semi-finals on Saturday.  Wrestling starts at 5:30.
