On Wednesday, Feb 4, the Cats travelled south on 924 to face the #2 Huskys of Patterson Mill. The Bobcats prevailed 50-24 securing a 6th regular season tiltle in a 7 year span, as well as a spot in the 3a/4a Region duals next Wednesday night. JV is at home tomorrow afternoon.

The Cats have lost only a handful of xondference matches in since 2008.  In 2008 and 2012 we lost to Rising Sun, in 2009 we lost to Harford Tech.  Rising Sun did top us in a Regional Final, a tie breaker - most pins.

Here is some of our team history....

At Rising Sun

the Tigers of Rising Sun welcomed us on Wednesday night. We captured 12 of 14 matches while giving up a forfeit and scoring a 68-9 victory. We are off competition until Tuesday, January 20, when we travel to Perry Hall to face the host Gators and North Carroll.

Iron Horse Duals - day 2

Saturday, Jan. 10, was a tuff day for the Bobcats, but they battled all day. We opened with John Carroll with a loss, 51-18, then squared off against River Hill with a second loss, 54-19, the wrestlers got a breather then went on to face Archbishop Spalding who took us by 1, 37-38. Our cross over matchup to end the day was against Hereford whom we topped 37-32. 4 tough matches completed in 6 hours.

Iron Horse Duals - Night 1

Firday, January 9th, The Cat's opened the Dual Meet tourney by sinking the Mariners of Joppatown, then we knoced off the Lions of Liberty and in the final match against The Vikings of St. Marys Ryken we came from behind to win 39-33.  A great night of wrestling for the Cats to set up a great opportunity for Saturday, where we face John Carroll, Archbishop Spalding, River Hill and a team of equal placement in the opposite group.  Wrestling starts at 10 am.
